EMPLOYEE ACCESS

  • Employees can easily access their paystubs, W-2s, and other pay information by utilizing online access.
    • In most cases, the username for your email address is your login name. Example: Jsmith123 would be the username for someone with the username Jsmith123@fancyemail.com
    • If this username is not recognized, please contact your employer.
    • If you don’t know your password, utilize the web portal and click the “Forgot your password link”
  • Employees can also download the appropriate link from their app stores.  When signing into the app, if asked, your firm code is Total7243
  • All Paystubs and W2 forms can be downloaded through the portal or apps for tax purposes.
